Kalwall Companies to Join Apogee Enterprises, Inc.

Earlier today, Apogee Enterprises, Inc. announced an agreement to acquire Keller Companies, Kalwall, Kal-Lite and Structures Unlimited and bring them together as the Kalwall Companies to operate as part of Apogee’s Architectural Glass segment along with Viracon and GlassecViracon.

Apogee is a leading provider of architectural products and services for enclosing buildings, and high-performance glass and acrylic products used for preservation, energy conservation, and enhanced viewing. Headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, Apogee’s portfolio of industry-leading products and services includes architectural glass, windows, curtainwall, storefront and entrance systems, integrated project management and installation services, and high-performance coatings that provide protection, innovative design, and enhanced performance.
